| The front staff were great..the internet didnt work even after talking to the tech. Location was good but bed was very uncomfortable and room was small. Breakfast was extremely good. |

| Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla kaupungin keskustassa. Huoneet ovat tarpeeksi suuria ja siistejä. Aamiainen erittäin runsas, sillä pärjää pitkälle iltapäivään. Respassa kaikki puhuvat englantia ja palvelu on kaiken kaikkiaan erittäin ystävällistä. Enemmän kuin hintansa väärtti. |

| Vi fikk en fantastisk pris, og hadde det vært 3 stjerner, hadde det vært greit.
Rommet var bra, flott balkong. Alt litt gammelt. Beliggenheten topp hvis man ikke må ligge på stranden.
Maten elendig, frokosten bærer preg av lite og dårlig, samt at det ikke er plass til gjestene når de fleste ankommer.
Vi vil allikevel benytte hotellet igjen, grunnet pris/beliggenhet, vi spiser heller andre steder. |

| Das Hotel entspricht m.E. den Erwartungen an ein 4Sterne-Hotel. Personal freundlich und bemüht, Frühstück reichhaltig (tw. sehr viele Gäste), Zimmer nett eingerichtet,....
Den Ort Torremolinos würde ich für einen 14tägigen Sommerurlaub nicht wählen - sicher super überlaufen. In der Nebensaison aber ruhig. |

| Habitación bastante bien,la atención del personal muy bueno y las comidas bastante bien,la situación del hotel inmejorable.Pienso volver. |

| Vastaanotossa asiakaspalvelu tiskillä vanhemman naishenkilön asiakaspalvelu asenne ala-arvoinen. Todella epäystävällistä palvelua. Nuorempi henkilökunta oli päinvastoin hyvin asiallista. Muutoin hotellissa asiat tuntuivat sujuvan hyvin ja kaikki toimi. |
